If the Left Hates Sarah, She Can't Be Too Bad

It's bad if Joe Wilson calls Obama a liar, but OK for Obama to call Sarah Palin a liar. With regard to Wilson , we should all laud him for speaking up during Obama's speech to a joint session of Congress. His simple, two-word statement was the most truthful of the night.
On Sarah Palin==in simple terms, she is everything they are not, intelligent, decent, experienced, pro-life, anti-same-sex-marriage, leads by example and has skeleton-free closets compared to Obama's administration.
The Dems are frightened to death of Sarah. That's why they slime this woman who personifies America . You never hear Sarah Palin spew hate against anyone, but she is not afraid to attack the issues, like when she called out Obama for letting foreign countries drill off the Florida Coast , but not America ?
And don't forget her "death panel" revelations, which immediately resulted in that section of the Health Care bill being deleted.
Sarah Palin is the type leader America needs now. I support her because she is Americana , the opposite of the Dems, Left, Liberals, ACLU, NOW, ACORN, moveon.org, etc...
Any person the Left exerts so much energy demonizing has to be a great American.
Go, Sarah Palin.

Top-level comments on this article: (8 total)Great article Marty. The Dems are like that. They spent eight years calling George Bush the worst names they could come up with, but now, any anti-Obama speech is anathema to them.Dear Joel: You are so right. The sad thing is that Bush never did defend himself. Obama is on TV every day extolling his "virtues". Bush thought it wrong to extoll his. Bush was wrong about that and it cost him dearly. No person can hear constant demonization about any other human without being affected by it. After seeing what the Left put Bush through, though Bush was a good and decent man, I'm through being a gentleman. Obama is a psychopathological narcissist filled with the cancer of self-love. He cares nothing about our nation. He is provably a Liar, and I'm through beating around the Bush (pardon the pun) about it. I just hope we can salvage this nation after Obama gets through with it. God Bless you. Marty RicKard
Well expressed piece! We do need a change and she is looking like she'd NOT fit in Washington and, in my opinion, that would be refreshing should she be "called" to go there! MarijoDear Marijo: Thanks for your comments. I agree. Compare Obama's experience (state legislature plus a few months in Congress) with Sarah's (city council plus two years as governor) and he is almost as experienced as she is. Another big difference is she believes in God and human values and his religion is big government. Also she is honest and walks the talk. Bless you, Marty RicKard
That's great but does anyone know how to get out of China without a visa? Let me know. Contact me from either Best USA Photographers or Randall Tomaras. I'll answer to either.Dear Randy: It can be done, but it isn't easy. Hey, friend, how are you? Great to hear from you. Give me a shot at mrickard iowatelecom dot net. Best, Marty RicKard
Almost every statement in this article was either misleading or completely false.Calling people a liar: the reason it was wrong, or at the very least inexcusably rude, for Joe Wilson was because he was interrupting a formal speech by the President of the United States. That was not an appropriate venue for or method of registering his displeasure.I don't know what "revelation" you're talking about. There was *never* anything in any of the proposed health care legislation about a "death panel." The legislation provided funding for education and counseling about end-of-life issues such as living wills and treatment/hospice options, including the option for an ill person's family to meet with a group of experts. Some idiot, at some point, read and misinterpreted that. Like the rumors about Obama's birth certificate, the "death panel" issue has been brought up again and again long after it was disproven and should have been laid to rest. It's just fearmongering, a case of "if I yell loudly enough for long enough, people will believe me without ever checking the facts."And finally, I don't believe that anyone is either demonizing or hating Sarah Palin. Honestly, she's not worth that much effort. I have faith that her own idiotic comments (yes, Sarah, Africa is a continent, not a country...) will eventually lead people to realize that she is in no way a worthy candidate for any public office. And our nation has 57 states, too. Great article Marty. To a great American -- GSP. Go, Sarah Palin! Thank you for writing and sharing this. ~Nenita~
This country needs Sarah Palin like we needed Herbert Hoover and we needed George Bush,I can see a whole newly carved Mount Rushmore triumvirate like Moe Larry and Curly!
I agree with what you say. Some of the comments expose the terrible division we currently have in the country. I don't think the Republican Committe will support Palin. A third party candidate has no chance (Perot got no electoral votes). I am a Palin supporter, but if it was between her and a Rep. and Dem. candidate I couldnt vote for her and it would probably re-elect Obama.
The whole "death panel" thing was Politifact dot Com's "Lie of the Year" and Palin herself later had to clarify: "The term I used to describe the panel making these decisions should not be taken literally"
